Booking
How do I make a booking?
Pick a flight, stay, car or package, hit Book, and follow the prompts. If you are not signed in we will send you to the sign-in page first and bring you straight back to the booking once you are in.
Can I book for travel dates in the past?
No. Booking forms accept today or any future date. If you need to record a historical trip for tax or expenses, contact our team and we can arrange a manual record.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes. The moment your booking saves we send a confirmation email to the address on your account, and a notification to our admin team. The booking also appears on your My Bookings page right away.
Can I make the same booking twice?
We block exact duplicates. If you try to book the same package, dates and traveller count again, we will show you the existing reference and ask you to manage it from My Bookings instead.

How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot password on the sign-in page. We will email you a reset link that is valid for one hour.
Why does my new password get rejected?
Your new password must be at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number, and it must be different from your current password.
Where do I see my past bookings?
My Bookings under your account dropdown. You can filter by Flights, Cars, Stays or Packages to find a specific booking faster.

What if my flight is cancelled?
Reach out by phone or email any time. Our 24/7 support team rebooks cancelled flights as a priority and absorbs the airline-side admin so you do not have to.
Do package prices include flights and accommodation?
Yes, package prices are per person and include flights, stays, transfers and the listed inclusions. Optional add-ons are shown at the booking step.
Can you help plan a custom trip?
Plan my trip in the top nav runs a short survey and builds a tailored package. You can also contact us directly and a planner will pick it up.
